To guarantee our products’ quality, we made strict quality control and quality assurance standards, closely monitoring every key procedure of production process. By the end of 2013, we have 22 seasoned employees as our professional quality control team. This quality control team is responsible for implementing quality control measures, monitoring the whole production process, identifying and preventing those products which having any possible defects.

Our main quality control procedures  as below:

Raw materials testing------our logistics employees and QA employees check the delivered raw material and to guarantee the materials meet our requests for production.

Manage the production process-------we carry out quality control measures in every critical period of production process. Generally, we apply FAI (first article inspection), in process quality control and final quality control measures to promise that the products which delivered to customers meet our quality standards.

As to management and production, we apply the 5S management method. Meantime through our continuous efforts, we have passed  ISO 9001:2008 Quality Control System certification in 2011.
